Yes, we offer a Deluxe King Accessible room. Features include bathroom and bedroom doors that are at least 32 inches wide, grab bars in the bathroom, wheelchair-accessible routing (no steps), closed captioning decoders, a TTY device, audible alarms, and strobe alerts.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?

Only registered service dogs are permitted at The Darling Hotel. Please contact our Guest Services team at (559) 713-2113 prior to arrival for information regarding service animal guidelines.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public spaces throughout the property.

Your room rate covers full access to the 24-hour fitness center, year-round heated outdoor pool, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi; we never charge a mandatory daily resort or facility fee. Additional charges at checkout only apply for optional incidentals, secured gated parking ($20 per night), or dining at Elderwood.

Upgrading from our Standard and Deluxe rooms to an Executive or Darling Suite provides significant additional square footage, separate living and seating areas, and dedicated built-in workspaces. Suites also offer higher floor placements with expanded views of downtown Visalia or the Sierra Nevada mountains, alongside premium bathroom finishes and small in-room refrigerators.

What bed configurations are available, and can I request a specific setup?

We offer several configurations to suit your needs:

Single King: Available in most guestrooms, Deluxe rooms, and Suites
Single Queen: Available in standard Guestrooms
Double Queen: Ideal for families or groups.
Specific bed types are bound to the room category booked, though our team will do our best to accommodate layout preferences, such as high floors, based on availability at check-in.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Rooms featuring a single King or single Queen bed accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Double Queen rooms and our larger Suites accommodate up to 4 guests.
