Yes, all food and beverage services must be provided through our on-site catering team from Elderwood. Available service formats include plated multi-course dinners, hors d'oeuvres receptions, and custom lunch buffets.
Outside vendors are permitted for specialty services like florals, photography, entertainment, and decor, provided they receive pre-approval from our events team and supply proof of insurance. Outside food and beverage is prohibited, with the exception of celebratory specialty cakes, which may incur a slicing fee.
A non-refundable deposit alongside a signed contract is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due between 14 and 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, depending on the scope and final size of the contract.
We offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Smart TVs are available in select indoor spaces to support conferencing and digital presentations, however, clients must supply their own HDMI-compatible laptops. Advanced hybrid setups requiring dedicated technical support can be coordinated through external AV partners.
Yes, we offer multiple outdoor venues, including the North Courtyard and Pool Terrace. In the case of inclement weather, our team will coordinate shifting the setup to our indoor space (The Gallery) or arrange for commercial tenting rentals in the courtyard. Please note that indoor capacities are lower than outdoor spaces when planning guest counts.
